This isn’t a retrieval breakthrough… it’s compensating for stale state with a sledgehammer. We’ve handled ‘temporal updates’ for decades with CDC. The real solution is streaming changes into your RAG pipeline , updating embeddings, indexes, and features incrementally as source data changes… not having agents rediscover reality at query time.
