don't know why it's surprising to hear that a massive amount of paperwork will ensue if you get rid of the de minimis exemption, resulting in chaos, confusion, and some packages being destroyed

Why is tech so bad in 2025? @FedEx is a BIG company & has a massive IT department. Yet, they cannot have the same credit card associated with 2 different profiles. And... the first piece of UI under the instructions to "Log in" is a "Create A User ID" link? #OldManUxComplaints
