I have been having the most frustrating and helpless experience with @BMO Mastercard. Not one customer service rep I’ve dealt with knows what they’re doing. It’s as if they are all new employees in training. Can anyone suggest a better company for me to switch to this week?

@chesscom my iPhone app freezes in the middle of live games 1 in 4 games. I’m paying quite a bit for a membership on this faulty app. Have tried emailing you an no response. Please fix this or refund me. This is ridiculous. I’m using the newest hardware and software.

@chesscom my iPhone app has now frozen twice in a row in the middle of a game. It happens when I try to arrow back a few moves while my opponent makes their move. This seems to crash the whole game. I can’t find the “contact us” section of the app. Please advise.
