Iran’s nuclear programme is a grave threat to international security, and Canada has been consistently clear that Iran can never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon.     While U.S. military action taken last night was designed to alleviate that threat, the situation in the Middle East remains highly volatile. Stability in the region is a priority.   Canada calls on parties to return immediately to the negotiating table and reach a diplomatic solution to end this crisis. As G7 leaders agreed in Kananaskis, the resolution of the Iranian crisis should lead to a broader de-escalation of hostilities in the Middle East, including a ceasefire in Gaza.

Ok but if you get married you cannot have a backup plan. The backup plan will destroy your marriage. You cannot be Indepent while married. It’s a merger so you(and husband) are no longer independent operators. You cannot still be strong woman and partner, but not independent. My advice would be to avoid marriage if being independent is your main goal. If you want to get married, I suggest finding someone you can partner with and make the rest of it work, but you have to throw out plan b.

if being a trad wife is so awesome and natural then why did it crater within two generations because every woman encouraged her daughters and granddaughters to choose a better life than she did.

@theoscarhoole Agree with a lot you have summarised but please don't attribute it to only LKY's vision. There were several peers and others who contributed to the vision and got the work done. Easier of course to attribute it to one person, but that is over simplified

@FlySWISS That was not the case. We were quoted a price. We agreed. The app adjusted the ticket date/ time. We assumed all fine. Later, received an email saying we needed to call and were told by agents that we needed to pay more. We've been on the phone an hour
