John Chayka and his wife Kathryn own/operate 61 Wendy's franchises in Canada through JKC Restaurants—the largest Wendy's franchisee there (mostly Ontario, with some Quebec). They're also expanding into Romania. As for GM skills vs. Treliving, that's hockey ops, not burger count. Chayka's Arizona tenure was mixed; Wendy's success doesn't auto-translate.

Sources say the Maple Leafs are advancing to the ‘finalist’ stage of their interview process this week.

@WatchMyReview What gives you the confidence? Leafs only have 2 good players (Mathews and nylander) and 1 solid player (knies). Also above average goaltending. But I see an ugly next couple years. Team is slow and unskilled

I think Leafs can definitely make the playoffs next year. I don't see Pens and Flyers as teams that you can book in the playoffs next year. Maybe not Ottawa either, depending on their offseason.
Washington to me is a lock for the playoffs next year though and Florida should bounce-back better.
Leafs need a new coach and system bad.

I could be convinced to try Mehta with a hockey guy over him as POHO. And that’s not Gillis, who hasn’t been in the game since 2014.
For example: Doug Armstrong as POHO with Mehta as GM? I could be talked into that for sure. But DA likely isn’t leaving STL. So who?

I don’t think being anti-Gillis needs a big explanation. He’s been out of the NHL for 12 yrs and left the Canucks in shambles after 1 SCF appearance. Not close to Toronto Maple Leaf POHO material, IMO. Couldn’t give 2 shits about his “forward thinking.”

Treliving determined that the best course of action is to try to move off Matthews & Nylander. Approach the players ask for trade lists and see if deals can be made.
Pelley wants the status quo of keeping the 'foundational' pieces.

If you use the Leg Press like the guy in Video 1…it’s basically useless
If you use the Leg Press like the guy in Video 2…it is one of the BEST Leg builders known to man
At the end of the day, NO ONE cares how much you can Leg Press
So you might as well just use it PROPERLY!
