That's what everyone is complaining about? All rules were followed, and that same process is open to every other country. watching live, it’s a clear penalty with benefit of video review, how is this not a penalty? the chasing defender just jump kicked the attacking player and never touched the ball

It also didn't prompt the defender to leap into the air to tackle the attacker. This is a foul at any level of football and should have been a red for DOGSO
