Finance for the day job while running tennis, pickleball and basketball court company

This guy here is walking us through how he does an estimate to mow and weed eat this yard. Pretty straight forward. He is quoting this house at $75 a week to do the yard, so $300 a month, once a week. But, he says if it rains, even if it rains for weeks and they can’t mow, they are getting paid their $75 and if the customer doesn’t like it, they don’t need that customer. Is that the standard in the industry if you are on a weekly schedule with a lawn care company? Are you paying $75 even if they don’t do your yard?

This is what the Supreme Court conservative supermajority just enabled.

a great friend of mine who's consistently making $200-$300k a month told me about 3-4 months ago. "the more i do, the more i have to do" he runs an actual operation with over 150+ employees on payroll. rly shows you how important writing your tasks down for the day/week are. if you don't, you get caught up in tasks that are meaningless and don't push the needle at all. tim ferris talked about how he only did 1-2 needle moving tasks a day, and that was it. sometimes i get caught up with 20/30 things on my todo list today that need to get done. but honeslty, 25+ of them just aren't needed. the more i do, the more i have to do. you get caught in this trap of having 100+ tabs open, jumpign around, working incredibly ineffectively. just do 1-2 BIG tasks each day, and you'll push ur biz 10x further than if you did 20/30 small, retarded, uncessary things everyday

Just got off the phone with my 74 year old (very post economic) boomer friend and he told me he spent the last week taking a google AI certification course and is now certified He is 74 and "moved" out of CA to save on taxes learning AI
