@TheEXECUTlONER_ Age doesn’t matter cause the older owner is likely going to have employees this guys age who don’t care as much about doing a good job. You’re lucky to find someone like this while they’re still doing the work because it won’t last long till they get their own employees

This young man owns his own landscaping business. On this day he mowed 21 different houses. All he does is mow. He’s got his riding mower and all he paid for was $65 worth of gas that day. He made almost $2,000 in one day. I see more and more young men running these landscaping businesses. Are you good with hiring someone young like him or do you prefer someone older? Does age matter or is the only thing that matters is if he does a good job?
👉M-Û-R-Č-H👈@TheEXECUTlONER_

This guy here is walking us through how he does an estimate to mow and weed eat this yard. Pretty straight forward. He is quoting this house at $75 a week to do the yard, so $300 a month, once a week. But, he says if it rains, even if it rains for weeks and they can’t mow, they are getting paid their $75 and if the customer doesn’t like it, they don’t need that customer. Is that the standard in the industry if you are on a weekly schedule with a lawn care company? Are you paying $75 even if they don’t do your yard?

@maphumanintent Now they just need to get rid of all DEI awards for any sort of government related contracts. There should be no preference of contracts being awarded if your women owned or minority owned business.

After this, the Treasury announcement about reforming philanthropic fiscal sponsorship transparency, and the SPLC indictment, the Race Hustle Complex—and their billionaire donors routing money through big banks, donor advised funds, and foundations—must be staring into the abyss these days. The post below is tantamount to an admission that the Democratic Party cannot win an honest national majority under a constitutionally-compliant framework. [Edited from "as the Constitution intended"] At any rate, all of the noise blaming the Supreme Court for correcting for unconstitutional social engineering is the Dems' predicate to pack the Court at the first opportunity. I wonder how much spicier the NoKings/May Day Strong astroturf events will be tomorrow.

This is what the Supreme Court conservative supermajority just enabled.

OnlyFans has literally changed the lives of millions of people. Single moms paying rent. Artists funding their dreams. Entrepreneurs building real businesses from nothing. To shut it down on a whim would be one of the most selfish acts in modern business history. Some people's entire livelihoods. their families' futures. live on that platform. This isn't a joke. This isn't content. This is people's lives. 🖤

@Noahpinion The right is not worse, that’s the problem. Until you admit the left is worse, the left will not get better. We need the left to get much better which forces the hand of the right to get better

And yes yes, the right is worse. We know. Who cares. It's not like conservative culture was awesome in 2013. Liberal culture was. And now it's mostly gone.

The transformation of liberals into "progressives" since 2013 has seriously been the worst thing to happen to American culture in my lifetime. Just absolutely gutted so much of what was good about this country. End of a golden age.

This is sad. I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🤷🏽‍♀️ Pervasive gambling is not good for society. It turns life into a casino, traps people in addiction & debt, surges domestic violence, and fosters manipulation.

@CollinRugg Old people working cause they need some spare cash is totally fine. It is a choice to save some and delay social security to be able to fully retire. If they didn’t do that and need a little extra spending money from a low difficulty job that is perfectly ok

NEW: Internet users have raised $280,000 for an elderly man who became a DoorDash delivery driver to help pay for his and his wife's bills. A Tennessee woman decided to take matters into her own hands when she saw the man delivering her Starbucks. "I work because I have to. I don't really want to. I was actually retired, but my wife lost her job at no fault of her own, which also means she lost her health insurance," the man told the customer who tracked him down after seeing him on her Ring camera. "So by the time we pay our living expenses plus our medical expenses for our medicines, we have nothing left at the end of the month." Video: savetheweens931 / tt.

@TheRealEstateG6 @Cam_Michaelson This isn’t a very good take. It could easily be 10-15% net margin and that’s a 25-35 million dollar revenue business which sounds reasonable with that many employees in a low margin type of business.

@Cam_Michaelson Still wouldn't make sense. Assuming high end: $3.6MM in profit at 33% (generous margin) is $10-$11MM in revenue. $75k/rev per employee is horrific

@seandsweeney It is available to everyone and it is cheap. You can get plenty of different meats, veggies, rice, noodles, etc all very cheaply. You don’t need to get those types of foods from fancy grocery stores

I know we have a lot of issues in this country, but the fact this cost me $304 is one of them. My wife & I decided a long time ago that eating healthy organic foods was a high priority for our family, so we never skimp on groceries. But this should be available to everyone.

My boomer friend this morning - btw, he ran a 400 man concrete company for 50 years. He said he had 3 estimators who made over $200k a year each He said, if I was still in business today I could eliminate all 3 of those roles with AI He said, If I was in the trades again today I would be all in on AI while my competition was behind the curve.

Just got off the phone with my 74 year old (very post economic) boomer friend and he told me he spent the last week taking a google AI certification course and is now certified He is 74 and "moved" out of CA to save on taxes learning AI

The American dream used to be about working hard, going to college, getting a job and eventually buying a home to start a family Literally every single one of these is now slowly falling out of reach for young millennials and Gen Z History will not look back at us kindly. We destroyed the future of the next generation just so we could look at a higher number in our 401Ks
