In 6th grade I got 100% or more on every single assignment and test for the semester in Spanish and the teacher gave me a B- because I would frequently correct her. In 8th grade I got 1st in the state of California and 5th in the country on a national Spanish exam. In high school they would not advance me beyond my grade level so I had to sit bored through sophomore year to complete my language requirement and then switched to Latin for the final two years which I also aced. Really loved that class (male teacher), we got to translate old “we shall fight in the shade” quote maybe Cicero? which we knew from 300 and thought was very cool. School is more memories of being prevented from learning things I was actually interested in than anything unfortunately.

I’ve hired & trained endless people & it’s all one big excuse right from the start “Oh that’s a lot of messages to get through. Do you have a system on how to manage this? I’m overwhelmed” Yeah the systems sit at your computer & read what the other person said, then complete the related business task. Then read the next one & do the same thing. If there’s 100, repeat 100x They don’t even want it, they just want to play pretend so when they fail they can justify it with some cop out So few have what it takes.
