As leaders of change, we have to begin not by changing others but by changing ourselves. A four step process to raise the likelihood that the change initiatives we are tasked to lead will be successful: 1) Increase our self awareness of how the change is perceived by others 2) Make commitments - so we can be held to account by others for our behaviours, not only outcomes 3) Overcome interference that comes from our preconceived views & biases 4) Practice small, needed changes deliberately, rather than aiming for a "big bang" of all needed changes: hbr.org/2023/09/leadin… By Narayan Pant in @HarvardBiz
