For anyone that doesn’t know yet, this is the real reason your Southwest flight is delayed. Not because of weather. But if it’s the weather, you don’t have to be compensated. If they told you they threatened jobs and people walked out, they would have to pay to fix it
Hello @SouthwestAir. Your process of just adding short delays, all the while knowing your flights would be cancelled, has basically ruined Xmas for all these people, including my 3 kids at the end of this video.

@brianchoffman@SouthwestAir They did the same to our flight. We saw the pilots trying to call the scheduling office to be able to get permission for the last FA that was physically standing at our gate, to work, but couldn’t get a hold of the office so we got canceled
Little rant on @SouthwestAir on Christmas Eve. Had a scheduled flight home to DCA from FLL at 1:15pm. They told us we needed two flight attendants to leave and never got them…
