When I was in HS I used to eat a full dinner—steak, chocolate milk, you name it— and then head right out the door for 9 miles at 6min pace
It sucked for a week, then your body adapted & it was normal

1) As a kid, I was ginger haired & fat. I was 7 before I could tie my laces, & was in the bottom set until 9. I will never forget when the class retard (words then, not now) got picked for the class basketball team before me & I was left out. Over 40 years later, it still hurts.

Hawaii has reimplemented strict covid restrictions in response to surging cases, particularly on Oahu and the Big Island. Outdoor social gatherings limited to just 25. There is a possible exemption for "professional events," and it sounds like it's up to the county (i.e. island).
