Client progress. This is my good client Jack. We’ve been working together for just on 2 years. Same bodyweight in both photos of 84kg. Left was September 2024. Right was May 2026 (this week) Totally different physique in terms of muscle/strength. Chest, shoulders, arms, back thickness, legs all came on massively. All lifts have improved. Squat patterns. Deadlift patterns. Press patterns. Weighted pull ups (one of his favourites) Been through a couple of diet phases and really good “improvement phase” together and the results are evident. This is what happens when you stick to the plan and execute to a high level. Working with a coach for a good time frame is where you’ll see results flourish. No 12 week quick fix nonsense.
