UPDATE: Why did DA José Garza's office just let Frank Bonner walk on the murder of homeless woman Kelly Meazell? Here's what prosecutors got from police: - Kelly was shot in the neck at close range, with signs of being robbed after. - A nearby security camera caught a man running after Kelly, then jumping into a car and speeding off. - A tipster told police what happened: Bonner killed Kelly because she owed him drug money, then came home that night in bloody clothes, bagged them up, and took off. - Two days later, police got a 911 call from Bonner's apartment because a woman was being held at gunpoint. He ran before officers arrived. - Police searched the apartment and found a Nest camera in his living room recording the night Kelly was killed. Six minutes after the shooting, Bonner walks in, strips off his bloody clothes, and stuffs them into a kitchen trash bag. He tells the woman with him to power off her phone then washes his hands. He tells her to mop the floor, and then says, on his own camera, out loud: "Homicide will be in this hoe, right." Then he tells her to misdirect police about his timing and whereabouts. Garza's office reviewed all of this and rejected the murder charge two weeks ago -- after years of dropping Bonner's prior cases for aggravated robbery, drug felonies, evading arrest, tampering with evidence, contraband in jail, and felon-with-firearm. Bonner's pending aggravated assault case was also dismissed in the meantime. This was a separate shooting where he put three bullets in a man's leg over a crack baggie. The reason given was that the victim wouldn't testify. But prosecutors don't need a cooperative victim to pursue a man who shot someone in broad daylight -- not with shell casings, surveillance, 911 audio, medical records, and a record a mile long. They chose not to fight that one either. So after a trail of victims, including a dead homeless woman, Frank Bonner is back on Austin's streets.

AUSTIN MAN shot a homeless woman in an East Austin parking lot last year. But the DA just let him walk. Frank Bonner was arrested January 2025 for the murder of Kelly Meazell, who was found in a pool of blood on Manor Road, after Bonner apparently beat her up and shot her. The murder bond was $1 million. Before Bonner killed her, he was charged 33 times in Travis County, including: • 3 aggravated robberies - all dismissed • Multiple drug felonies (cocaine, meth) - dismissed • Criminal mischief $30K-$150K, evading w/ vehicle, tampering with evidence - dismissed • Contraband in a correctional facility - declined • Possession of firearm as felon - declined Then Kelly was murdered. What happened next: • April 2025: DA rejects the murder charge. No charges filed. • March 2026: His pending aggravated assault with a deadly weapon from October 2024 is dismissed. With no trial or convictions, Bonner is back on the street, while Kelly Meazell is still dead and her family is still grieving.

@FreeWorldRemedy @DesireeAmerica4 I think you may be confusing Unemployment Insurance with SNAP benefits. SNAP is supposed to take into account income and assets so just owning a high end luxury car should be disqualifying.

I guess you didn’t know that they allowed people to own cars and houses and still get snap benefits? What type of car you drive is generally irrelevant, what type of house you own is generally irrelevant. Many people receive cars and houses as gifts or inheritances but outside of that they have no money. Many others start successful careers and then go bankrupt, but even bankruptcy court allows them to keep one vehicle and their home. All I see out of this is people who do not understand the basic goals of the United States, which is to ensure that we do not have poor people as much as as humanly possible. Who in the right mind wants to have ghetto? Furthermore, who wants to live near a ghetto? Then ask yourself who wants to live near poor people or be poor? The problems of wealth and equality are so many that I cannot list them here, but let’s just say they’re giving people $295 apiece to pay for their groceries for an entire month is a cheap deal to keep poverty, the crime and anti-societal norms that go with it, at bay.

Yesterday the federal government dropped bombshell data: In just ONE red state, 14,000 people on SNAP/food stamps were driving luxury vehicles 3 Bentleys, 3 Ferraris, 11 Lamborghinis, 59 Maseratis, 141 Porsches, 244 Alfa Romeos, 306 Land Rovers, and 2,098 Teslas. And here’s one of them bragging on camera like it’s cute: “I get $2,700 EBT and drive a 2025 Benz… I’m just here living the life at your expense, thanks taxpayers. Food stamps, child support, you name it, I got it. I love being lazy and living off others.” This is exactly who the crackdown is for. Taxpayer money meant for people who actually need it, not for entitled scammers flexing in brand-new luxury cars while laughing at the people footing the bill. The system is finally paying attention. Time to start yanking benefits and prosecuting fraud like this.

Data and analyses show that when tracking politically motivated violence based on common political views the left is responsible for nearly EVERY single incident The Methodology for this assessment was NOT based on political views endorsing violence but for violence where the motivations were underlined by common political views.

After Paul Pelosi was attacked in 2022, Jake Tapper did an entire show on the dangers of stochastic terrorism and of systematically demonizing a person. Tapper blamed the right and QAnon for inciting the attack. He said calling someone a pedophile or claiming that someone is out to hurt people will result in violence. Hey Jake, the entire platform of the Democrat party for the past year has been to call Trump a pedophile and to claim that he is out to hurt people. It's also what Jimmy Kimmel does almost every night. Now after Jimmy Kimmel's "joke" about Melania being a widow, Tapper says that jokes are just jokes and are not calls for violence.

CBS moderator Ryan Yamamoto has just lied in the debate. He claimed that Ronald Reagan (as governor of California) was responsible for cuts In social programs that created homelessness in California. That is a categorical lie. The social programs that Mr. Yamamoto is referring to were cuts signed into law by Pat Brown, Jerry Brown's father, who was Governor before Reagan. I was a college student at that time and I saw the results on the streets with Governor Brown's actions. And I even wrote a paper about it for a college class. Ryan Yamamoto lied. Here's yet another example of the bigotry and bias of media when they can't even properly do their research and make whoppers of errors in a debate such as this.

@poopazoo @PicturesFoIder “I found an article on a duo of scientists that have discovered a way to use nuclear energy to power these data centers.” Datacenters need lots of electricity but can use all the other types of power plants (solar, wind, hydro, oil, gas, diesel, etc…) humans already use too.

That was an excellent argument. Why are data centers trying to invade these small towns? I found an article on a duo of scientists that have discovered a way to use nuclear energy to power these data centers. I am not anti nuclear but 80 mini reactors in a single area to power ONE CENTER is insane! The reactors could power NYC! Why would this amount of energy be needed? There is no such thing as a closed loop. There’s always a loop hole. Another thing I read is the NGO’s plan of water reuse. Sounds like a good idea right? Just like he said it will be back in our ground water making its way back to OUR WATER.

@WallStreetApes What could the datacenter be discharging that would turn the river white like milk? Datacenters can be problematic because of the large amounts of electricity they use but they shouldn’t producing any kind of toxic waste.

Woman who lives only 1.6 miles from the META Data Center in Wisconsin speaks out She says their water system has been completely destroyed She says there is discharge that turns the entire river white like milk. She paid for testing and found extremely high heavy metal levels “I live on a horse farm and I am an educator. I, for almost four 50 years, a natural creek has flowed through my property. It's 20 feet wide, up to four feet deep. It has persisted through drought, flood, seasonal change. It's part of a connected system. Groundwater, tributaries, watersheds, aquifers ultimately flowing into Beaver Dam Lake. Until construction began upstream on the data center, its behavior was stable and predictable After construction started, all of that changed. Here in Beaver Dam, the creek began to stop flowing entirely without rainfall. It would abruptly return off in cloudy and opaque like milk, with enough force to cause drastic erosion and damage — Water testing on my property shows elevated strontium, a very dangerous metal, and other indicators consistent with deep groundwater influence”

UPDATE: It looks like Paige Ostroushko has deactivated her Instagram account and is trying to scrub everything about herself off of the internet after her actions yesterday. She and her father's entire social media accounts were called "MN ANGRY FATHER" and "MN ANGRY DAUGHTER". The father, Chris Ostroushko, has blocked me on Instagram and it seems they are trying to do damage control after the entire family's violent actions yesterday.
