@rjonesy I see. Thanks for sharing. I just came across this other tool: shakebugs.com (from @decodehq) but I don’t know how legit, polished and solid the product is. Other tools like Bugsnag, Sentry or Datadog are more crash or performance monitoring oriented.

Who has solved Beta feedback? - Users NEVER read the release notes - TestFlight feedback has no alerts, custom logs, or replies - It has to be trivial for users 😤 Surely this is solved. What works?

This feature… the idea is great, execution is terrible. Email notifications? API? Comments? Assignments? Checkbox for processed/states? A way to ask follow-up questions? Anything to allow me to work with this? Nope.
