@dpdNL there have been countless times where Ive been emailed w/ a delivery time slot (great!). Im at home- no one rings the doorbell / leaves a note. Hours later I get an email saying that my parcel has been taken to a shop for collection. No attempted delivery = lazy service!

@airportchambery Flight HV6544 in gate B. A gentleman gave up his seat for us after seeing me struggle, but we’ve been herded into this room hrs before our flight. At the v least, let passengers come through security later (or spend money in the airport?!) before keeping us cooped up like this!

@airportchambery can’t believe you make passengers go to their gate even if flights are significantly delayed (2.5 hours!). There are no seats available and I have reached a new low by feeding my baby on the floor.

@thewhitecompany hi team, I’m a little disappointed that after I reached out to you about your baby hydrocotton robe (by online form and email), I never received a reply. Its colour completed faded after putting it in the wash with 'like colours' as per the instructions.

@thewhitecompany Thanks Nikita, the item was actually gifted to me by a friend so I do not have any order details. I'm just embarrassed as my daughter only tried it on once before I washed it. I can send photos if required.
