@ZeptoNow the harassment I am facing for a major delay from your end is not even funny. As a lady I only expect fairness at this damn hour but your associate is behind my back to wait patiently even if the order is delayed by 30mins. This is unnecessary trouble !!!!

@Swiggy as usual horrible at delivery timing and client servicing. An order that showed 23 mins delivered 50 mins later and the rep is acting like what’s the big deal if it’s late. No response to one question I have asked .. disappointing.. swiggy is getting worse

So @Swiggy ‘s new way to make money is by delaying orders and charging customer 100% when we ask to cancel & refund. On top of the customer executive has the guts to stay order is on time. Customers are idiots basically

@StarbucksIndia I’ve shared it thrice with various customer service officials on call. Order Id is also on this chain. Don’t know why you guys cannot note it

@SwiggyCares 143999260927 on 19 august I went and collected personally / order 145086769686 this morning super late / order 145097116627 this afternoon 2:15pm delivered now

@Swiggy your services are going down the drain literally. Each order is minimum 30 min delay and order reaches by the next meal. Partner is saying you’ll are giving them double orders to deliver hence delays. This is ridiculous & soon people are going to switch to zomato

@SwiggyCares Zomato delivered an order of mine with 5 items in 40mins .. clearly they are doing a better job. Im anyway paying delivery so why should I select swiggy for terrible service

@SwiggyCares Never ordering from swiggy. Order 60927 on 19 aug I had to collect myself because order was ready and delivery boy hadn’t reached for an hour

@SwiggyCares Twice today order number 69686 ordered at 11:22am and order number 16627 at 2:15 pm both delivered super late and not to mention second order delivery boy was extremely rude
