The thing with Phia too is the founders seem to spend a significant amount of their time running a podcast I’m more convinced a lot of Gen Z wants to play pretend founder & are shooting for fame & attention instead of all the brick by brick work

@mohammedguelli1 Only if there is a big change. Which you rarely get from simple paywall and onboarding testing if you’re already following best practices

@nerston_ Sometimes A/B testing can be conclusive without requiring huge volume.

Friendly reminder: If you app makes < $10k/mo it will take 14 months to confidently detect a 5% lift in your initial conversion rate. So stop obsessing about paywall and onboarding AB testing. You should only test acquisition channels and pricing

I've got an apple notes of a bunch of ideas of tweets I can make. The only thing stopping me from posting is the time it takes to refine them. hopefully I'll build the skill to quickly be able to polish a tweet idea into an actual tweet in a couple minutes

Marketing hack NO ONE is talking about: 1. Create an X account in any NON business name 2. Post hooks/one liners associated with your product service 3. Post 50 a day (prob best to automate) 4. Every day find which ones perform best Congrats you just found your winning hooks/angles to use in your ads.

@Joshuathinks1 And building a good product, and that goes way beyond just coding it, it’s about deeply knowing your customer and the pain point your solving
