@newdemrex Ahhh I remember the Bucks County special elex that proved to be a sign of Biden’s strength in 24. But if it makes the group feel good, then yay!!

Am I missing something? Palm Beach has been represented by a Democrat in Congress for 13 years. Joe Biden won PB County by 16 points. Harris won it by 5. I'm really confused by the over-extrapolating from a state house seat in a blue county with a D +6 voter registration advantage.

Safe to say Dems are buoyant: “Mar-a-Lago just flipped red to blue, which should have Republicans sweating the midterms,” said Heather Williams, president of the @DLCC. “If Mar-a-Lago is vulnerable, imagine what’s possible this November.” More here: washingtonpost.com/politics/2026/…

Hasan Piker is an unapologetic antisemite. Democrats risk losing our credibility to condemn those on the right who traffic in bigotry, antisemitism, & hate when our own Members of Congress & candidates are celebrating or, worse yet, platforming those who espouse hate of any kind.

“I’m not feeling bullish about it,” said one Republican strategist. “[Ossoff] has wisely avoided the temptation of going on cable news for six years and playing to the base for social media likes. ... I think he’s going to reap the benefits of that.” washingtonpost.com/politics/2026/…

Congratulations to Melissa Bean on her victory. I meant it when I said I would support whoever emerged from this primary. Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated, knocked doors, made calls, and voted. I’m deeply grateful for your belief in this campaign. The race is over, but the work continues. #i08

I am a Democrat. I served in the Clinton administration. I did not vote for Donald Trump and am highly unlikely to support him or his acolytes in the future. I also have serious disagreements with many of the Trump administration’s domestic and foreign policies. But it is profoundly disturbing that a growing segment of the far left appears to be almost rooting for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Iranian regime, and other forces fundamentally opposed to the United States and our allies. This seems to reflects a corrosive strain of anti-Americanism, dressed up in postcolonial theory, that risks blinding us to the moral realities of our world and the nature of our adversaries.

The Democratic Party has been infected by antisemitism and it’s spreading. It isn’t (yet) as virulent as it is on the right, but it’s insidious and we have to stop pretending it doesn’t exist.

There is no genocide in Gaza. This is obvious to anyone with a brain. Which means those promoting the genocide claim are engaging in a deliberate and vindictive demonisation of the Jewish state that mocks the memory of those who suffered real genocides.

Synagogues getting shot at, burned down and Jews randomly getting attacked and we have candidates throwing around phrases like “AIPAC” “Oversees interest” and “War on Gaza” as political code words and old Jewish Tropes to prove they’re somehow “better Democrats” than those of us who believe in Israel’s right to exist. That rhetoric has consequences. Don’t pretend the anti-Israel nonsense in our politics doesn’t fuel extremists. I will continue to say it clearly: antizionism is antisemitism. PERIOD. Both Jews and Muslims deserve to live in peace. We’ve seen this hate play out before. Shame on The University of Arizona College Dems I got this Questionnaire which now includes a question on I/P as a litmus test. That has no place in the Democratic Party playbook, and I won’t compromise my values for any endorsement. No thanks. Y'all can endorse any fool who will take it.

@sunrisemvmt Perhaps doing this on the same day of an antisemitic attack on a synagogue and preschool in MI was poor timing?

BREAKING: AIPAC locked the door and called the police on Chicago voters. They'd rather arrest voters than answer questions about the $20 million they're funneling through shell PACs into Chicago elections.

Growing up as an immigrant, it wasn’t always easy. But when things got tough for my family, our neighbors had our backs. That’s why stopping Trump and ICE’s attacks on our communities is deeply personal to me. At the heart of my campaign is a promise: I'll never stop fighting for Illinois, just like my community never stopped fighting for me.
