VT-ANC joins VT-ANT and VT-ANP in Victorville, California for the retrofit ANT and ANP were expected to return in December last year and start commercial operations subsequently

Once the 787-8s get refurbished, this IAD route will likely return. We are expecting first pair of refurbished planes end of this month.

.@airindia's VT-ANP has departed for Victorville, USA where it will undergo a full retrofit. Seats and screens have been removed for spares. For a glimpse of an empty 787, see @Boeing's photo below. Both VT-ANT (already in VCV) and ANP are expected to return in Dec 2025. #AvGeek

The folding wingtips are perhaps the most unique feature of @Boeing's 777X. They really do stand out in this photo of this 777X for @qatarairways. I can't wait for the first @airindia 777X. The gold on the outside and tailfin design on the inside will look fab. #AvGeek
