@SikhFeminist This is because Sikh separatism has failed. Perhaps Sikhs are not nearly as motivated because they have not faced the same level of genocide and oppression.

Everything Price Sufferer (but especially eggs)
Political consultants are paid millions to come up with ads and the whole internet was one-shotted by a random German guy who put faces on a scary red background with a made up dollar amount.

Mallory McMorrow's staffer's grandfather fought for the Nazis in WWII? That's an outrage! I bet he had a Nazi tattoo on his chest!
austerity is theft@wideofthepost

Here's @MalloryMcMorrow's campaign finance co-chair, claiming veterans days for her own German Nazi war criminal grandfather. What an incredible post.

@agraybee I am not giving any money to The Intercept to read this. Even if they for once have reported critically on something anti-Israel.

In short: the guy who runs it decides if he likes a candidate, and then works backwards to determine what constitutes a "pro-Israel donor."
jonah valdez is @jonahmv.bsky.social@jonahmv

NEW: We untangled how @TrackAIPAC tracks AIPAC. If you’ve ever wondered why one candidate/member of Congress is doomed to a red graphic while another is spared; or how a candidate can have a 🟥 graphic despite taking $0 from AIPAC, this story is for you. theintercept.com/2026/03/26/tra…

@StochasticStat1 @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks You first claimed that Iran funded and armed these groups to protect itself (from Israel, which did not care about Iran) and now you've switched to Iran funded and armed these groups out of magnanimity. You're flailing.

@nlpandstuff @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks Iran decided to fund groups that are resisting Israeli aggression. It's quite simple: Israel could decide to be a normal country that does not hold millions of people under occupation and bomb is neighbors every week, and 99% of people would accept Israel.

I would consider Armenians indigenous to Palestine, even as they descend from the south caucasus, because of their long unbroken presence there. European Jews are clearly not. Completely different culture, etc.
Kegham Balian@kbalian90

The Armenian presence in Jerusalem has existed for over 1,700 years, continuously and uninterruptedly. My family alone has been in Jerusalem for more than a century. Counter offer: Why don't you go fuck yourself?

@StochasticStat1 @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks Israel had no problem with Iran. Iran decided to fund aggression against Israel. This is quite simple. At any moment, Iran could have decided that was a fruitless endeavor and Israel would have ceased any hostilities.

@nlpandstuff @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks This is as Israel has methodically worked to prepare the ground for a direct attack on Iran. At every step, as Israel has escalated (waging an all-out war in Lebanon, attacking an Iranian embassy, directly attacking Iran), Iran has made a minimum, face-saving response.

@StochasticStat1 @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks Imagine thinking that having your proxies only attack a country a little bit does not constitute aggression. I'm sorry if their main reason was that it would needle the US, but Israel is not a punching bag.

@nlpandstuff @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks Imagine looking at the situation in the Middle East and thinking Iran is the aggressor. Iran's strategy is clearly to establish deterrence through proxies. Over the last two years, they've been very conservative, trying to avoid escalation and holding back their proxies.

Thinking that Norman Finkelstein, one of the most long-winded speakers ever, would fit with the quick-paced Rogan format is mind-boggling.

@StochasticStat1 @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks Iran has been funding and directing proxies to attack Israel for years. That is aggression the same way as the US arming the Contras was. The Palestinians have legitimate grievances with Israel. Iran grabbed the porcupine for no reason.

@nlpandstuff @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks You are bombing Iran in an illegal war of aggression that you launched out of the blue. You've ruled over millions of Palestinians for nearly 60 years, refusing them the most basic civil rights. But you're the victims. Poor you! And anyone who thinks otherwise is antisemitic.

@nlpandstuff @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks Israel hasn't faced any serious threats since 1973 (and in that war, Egypt and Syria were fighting to reclaim their rightful territory). You have complete military dominance over the Middle East. You're currently occupying Palestinian territory and southern Syria & Lebanon.

@StochasticStat1 @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks You can check my feed. I literally posted about bloodthirsty language coming from an Israeli politician today. We can do wrong. The antisemitism is the total derangement about it that the world manifests.

@nlpandstuff @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks By definition, you can do no wrong. After all, in your worldview, saying that Israel is wrong would be saying the Jews are wrong, and that would be antisemitism. So you kill tens of thousands of children and anyone who speaks up must just be an antisemite or self-hating.

@nlpandstuff @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks There's absolutely nothing sophisticated about claiming that the only reason people hate Israel is antisemitism. And this is really the problem with the Israeli national ideology of self-victimhood. No matter how much you oppress the Palestinians, you're the victims.

@StochasticStat1 @davidsm72686794 @History__Speaks This sentiment betrays a lack of sophistication. I don't know if you ever read the memoir "Defying Hitler", but there was a Jew who thought the Nazis had a certain point about the Jews. Nothing gave the impression he had hatred of Jews in his heart, per se, but my point is clear.
