How can you attract the livret A in France. People put aside their money for a mere 1.7% per year. If you can arbitrage the 11.5 and 1.7 so much Bitcoin to gain.

Most Bitcoiners think BTC is a safe haven asset but the truth is nuanced.
It has the properties of a safe haven asset. In times of war you can take your seed phrase, cross borders and start afresh without losing your wealth.
It should be independent of the system and thrive if it collapses. These are the properties you’d expect of a safe haven.
BTC has the properties of a safe haven but to this day, in times of uncertainty and war it trades like a risk asset, very sensitive to uncertainty.
This is because the large capital pools don’t acknowledge BTC’s properties as it’s considered too new and untested. Hence it trades like the NASDAQ.
It’ll take another decade for it to gain market acceptance as a safe haven, maybe longer. When it does, it’ll give gold market cap a run for its money.

Every time Bitcoin has recovered 30% from a cycle low, it has never revisited that low. 6 for 6 across 13+ years.
The YTD low of $61,303 (bitbo.io) to today's ~$79K is a +28.9% recovery. The +30% confirmation level sits at $79,694.
We're at the doorstep.

Update: Bitcoin bounced out of oversold, rallying against Gold.
Every time this has happened in Bitcoin's history, it was the start of a 2+ year bull market.

This is the Bitcoin/Gold chart - currently lowest RSI in history. Bitcoin peaked relative to Gold in Dec 2024. We have been in a ~14 month bear market ever since. Prior major bear markets: - April 2021 to June 2022 = 14 months - Dec 2017 to Feb 2019 = 14 months - Nov 2013 to Jan 2015 = 14 months The current prevailing view seems to be that because we had a Bitcoin all-time-high (in dollars) in Oct 2025, that we are just a few months in to a bear market. But that ATH may have been just because Gold and Silver were ripping, dragging Bitcoin up with them. But when you view Bitcoin in Gold terms (this chart), it tells a very different story. Rather than being early in a bear market, it's quite possible that this is the final chapter of a bear market that actually started 14 months ago. The end of each prior bear market was followed by years of uptrend for Bitcoin. Will this time be different? Currently, any Bitcoin bears are betting this historic low keeps going lower.
