@OberoiMall it's 45 minutes car is standing at one place in B2 parking of Oberoi Mall. BIG TRAFFIC JAM IN THE PARKING ONLY. It seems pathetic call to visit Oberoi, no management of parking, no communication, no updates. If this is known problem, they should inform before PARKING

⁦@OberoiMall⁩ ..OberoiMall Goregaon,Mumbai is no longer customer & visitors friendly place to visit.Their fast tag system doesn’t work. Their B1 car parking area is mostly reserved for vallet parking.If U park on UR own, U will be pushed to B2 despite paying 80/-. Shameful

The worst management and parking is at @OberoiMall @oberoirealty . If reaching there takes you 10 mins and reaching inside post parking takes you 30 mins, you know it has to be one and only oberoi mall.

@OberoiMall Please check with facilities manager of your establishment. The incident happened on 26-March. At 9:30 pm approximately. All the elevators went down and there was no mechanism to call emergency. Also why you wake up after 5 days?

Yesterday was stuck in elevator at the Oberoi Mall in Goregaon east (Mumbai) for 20 minutes in late evening. All the elevators in the mall shut down at the same time! No back up . No emergency speaker/alarm working!! Later came to know these are giving problems for last few days yet they were kept operational! Finally they got the mechanic who opened the door of the elevator stuck halfway between 2 floor and ppl jumped out. Don’t go this mall of you have very tight schedule!! @oberoirealty @mybmc

An old couple couldn't buy a soft drink just because @_PVRCinemas at Oberoi mall goregaon has gone 'cashless' . Btw the old man was collapsing due to low blood sugar. Forcing people to go cashless seems pretty tyrannical and insensitive. Pls consider old/tech challenged folks .

Life security risk at Oberoi Mall Mumbai Today, we around twelve people including 3-4 kids and some famales got stuck in lift of OBEROI MALL, MUMBAI at around 8 PM, when we took lift to basement parking. The lift didnt stop at basment 1 and directly went to basement 2. But its doors didnt open for twenty minutes. All these poor souls screamed, cried and the mall managment was busy in following the protocols, start, restart , engineers assistance etc. At last, when it became much suffocating inside, and few started showing signs of collapsing due to panick, some of us attempted to force open the doors of the lift. luckily after few attempts, it got opened. All of us would remember those twenty minutes of helplessness. Oberoi mall management is very poor and do not have any contingency plan to deal with such situations. Can I ask oberoi realty management and Govt. authorities to act on what they are supposed to do. @oberoirealty @OberoiMall @MumbaiPolice @mybmc @CMOMaharashtra

@Lifestyle_Store horrible experience at store at @OberoiMall Mumbai. After saying 50% discount on some shoes and wasting 1 Hr for me to buy 2 pairs it so appears that it’s not updated in the billing system. Your shoe counter person started fighting with billing. We left the shop.
