Even if you really like the potential tenant and they have great references, always run their background check ‼️ I made that mistake once for a wonderful lady with a sweet baby boy. Ten months later, she was arrested in front of my house for drugs. That wasn't her first offense...

@oxana_sol Always nice to give time to those who really can’t afford your time. But, overall you have to charge at some point. If you are a business then you have to be a business.

Being penalized for your own generosity never feels good 😣 I have been in similar situations a few times. Giving back to the world is great, but would people see more value in your time if you were to charge a small "consulting" fee? Not sure what is the right approach here

@PunkyCovfefe Congratulations on making the choice! Dominican Republic has wonderful beaches and great all inclusives. It has been many years since my last visit, but I’m sure that it has only gotten better. Hope you have a wonderful time 🏖️☀️

@oxana_sol We’ve done Hawaii a couple times (and we love it). We finally settled on Dominican Republic last night. We looked at so many different places. We try to go somewhere we’ve not been before.

Would someone please book my perfect vacation for the last week of February or 1st week of March? I’m at the analysis paralysis stage of my research.

I have accidentally ventured onto the Costco side of X. Can't say I'm disappointed. What a passionate fan base.

We have not done all inclusive in a very long time, so I would not have any recommendations for that. However, from what you described, Hawaii and Costa Rica would fit quite a bit. For Hawaii, I don’t like Oahu since it is too hectic for me, but Maui and Kauai are great with tons of activities to do. Costa Rica is amazing as well. Plus, I love the food there and the fact that I don’t need to worry about getting a stomach bug like in some other Central American countries 😷

@oxana_sol Looking for something all-inclusive and warm. We like activities like snorkeling, wilderness hiking, cave exploring, boogie boarding, ocean kayaking, biking, historical things. We're not a lay on the beach for very long kind of people.

4 things you will never regret: 1) Starting to hit the gym & eat right. 2) Investing long term in safe bets like $VOO or $QQQ. 3) Getting rid of toxic people from your life. 4) Adopting or rescuing a dog.

@Intentional_Liv Completely agree with these points! Letting kids to experience natural consequences of their actions is the best thing we can do as parents to prepare them in this world.

@darrelltalksfi Social media is a factor for sure! I have always loved to travel, but the level some destinations have recently become over-traveled is insane. It really hurts the local communities and the environment. Plus, what fun is it to visit a place that is full of other tourists?

I read something that said travel is the Millennial version of "keeping up with the Jones.” My guess is a lot of it has to do with social media. Is our generation too obsessed with traveling?

Reminder for the landlords fielding calls on vacant units this weekend: Prospective tenants that need to move in “ASAP” in the middle of the month 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 (especially when willing to pay cash to move in on a Saturday/Sunday). *Not always the case, but be careful.
