- You also didn't check that my passport photo didn't match the visa photo. I didn't pay 5000 rs fee for doing work blindly. You should have checked this before processing and alerted me. I also didn't pay you for your faulty app. Pls waive off the correction fee & do correction

@amazonIN I booked installation service with the monitor I ordered. This installation person was supposed to come by 2 pm today, but nobody came. Phone number you provided is not connecting. It keeps asking PIN even if I enter correct PIN many times. Send the service person ASAP

Never buy any product from @Crompton_India. Crompton silent pro fan which I bought in Mar 2022 started making noise. I created a complaint on Thursday 15th May. They said, it will be resolved in 48 hours. No resolution even after 13 days as of today.(contd.)

@Crompton_India I still have not seen a response from you after escalation for two weeks. I have already registered a grievance with the Consumer affairs department and will escalate further if you do not send the mechanic today

Pt.3. I texted, called the technician many times. He said he wl come on Monday 12th May. Never came, never responded. The Technician particularly started avoiding me after knowing that the product is under warranty. The SLA was 48 hours. It has been 13 days & no one is responding

Pt.2. Next day their SMS came with the number of local service company (SA enterprises-9986253613). I texted them through WhatsApp many times. First they asked me to contact head office! Then they gave technician's number(Mahesh-6361508172). It was already Sunday 11th May! Contd.

@Crompton_India I raised this complain for fan with Service req:2308207078/01 on Wednesday. V.S.ELECTRICALS was supposed to attend it in 48 hours. 60+ hours gone. Their number is +91 98805 91451 Neither V S electrical is picking up the phone, nor the mechanic assigned by them
