It’s for the cinema, but I agree, a chore to be taking DLA letters everywhere and queuing to get a fast pass at attractions. Could the Govt continue to assess what works in making life easier for people with disabilities & adopt those approaches.

So my brother has a learning disability and lives in Spain which provides a disability card that he uses to access certain events to provide information of his needs but also allows him to have a carer at a cheaper rate on venues like museums or parks, why the UK hasn’t got this?

@QLD891 @nationalrailenq They are the customer service team, and all can be contacted via the same telephone number and email address. The team do aim to respond to emails within 10 working days.

@BenjaminEHowe @LNER Gatwick express and Thameslink are the same TOC,so either ticket is valid,under nrcot. They’re not allowed to sell brand only tickets.

@OnlyRightTrack All ticket offices can issue them just a lot of staff wont know how to as they have never been asked for one. You could advise the, to go into "manual fares" on their TOM desktop!

@SteveWhiteRail @Se_Railway It's a start but surely adding SE services to the 'Know Your Train' functionality of the @RealtimeTrains interface would be a bigger step forward? Despite working for SWR I use RTT to try and avoid certain train types when travelling for leisure.
