OSLA had a productive discussion with the High-Level Expert Committee. We placed the long-pending concerns of SSB Lecturers of Odisha before the Committee. We are hopeful that our issues would be examined with a commitment to justice in the larger interest of higher education.

An earnest appeal of 4000 SSB Lecturers of Odisha to Hon'ble Chief Minister sir and Hon'ble Pandian sir to consider our just demand for rectification of grade pay from 4600 to 5400. Save us from this discrimination and deprivation and grant us what we deserve.
