@iamteeeboss @mymixtapez Yeah, I agree. His hotdogs are unhealthy due to their high cal, sodium content, alongside processed meat additives. They are also high in saturated fat and lack essential vitamins, with additives linked to cancer. But I get where you are coming from. Man’s got to make money.

Machismo culture. Big brothers telling little brothers they need to "gear up on yo game, cuz being soft ain't gonna get u no bitches", as if being respectful in the first place was a mistake or a sign of weakness. Compensation can take many forms. If the current Cuban country had serious money they would not be in this situation but people just don’t produce anything anyone wants to buy under communism. That said, a new democratic capitalist Cuba could compensate people who lost property in other creative ways such as offering licenses and contracts to do various types of business in a future prosperous Cuba. Taking crumbling homes from the people living there for decades is not a viable solution.

Who will pay to rehouse the people you’ll have to evict for this to happen? Cuba doesn’t have the money. Are we going to pay for that or just put the current residents on the street? They aren’t the ones who confiscated the property. They’re the ones who stayed in Cuba while the prior owners ran away. It’s not as simple as it looks.

You've heard the Governor already. You're not fooling anyone. Most of the top houses went to CDR and all that kind of bastards. BUT, in any case, where's the money from unpaid rentals, unpaid mortgages? Cubans that left the country had to paid their rentals/mortgages without hesitation.

Of course I’m talking about regular Cubans who live in what used to be (maybe still is) government assigned Housing much of which was privately owned before the revolution. A new government in Cuba, to be sustainable, must do better than the prior dictatorships both before and after the revolution. Ignoring those who are poor or who live outside of Havana is how the Comminists manage to get support then and now.

The number of street prostitutes nationwide should be around 1 million.
If we include those working in hair salons, nightclubs, and bathhouses, the number is estimated to be 2 million.

The idea that parents have to kick their children out at 18 is a new one and very American.
Families for all of history lived close-by and worked together to survive.
If your kids are contributing to the household and becoming better versions of themselves, then why kick them out? The world is cruel, and Americans more and more struggle to buy houses or even afford rent.

I used to be entirely in the camp that said you should kick your kids out at 18 and force them to live independently and make their own way in the world. I don’t feel that way at all anymore. I want all my kids to live with us until they get married. Even after they’re married, if they want to live on our property, or close by, my wife and I would love that. The important thing is to teach your kids responsibility, which we’re doing. They need to contribute and help around the house, which all of our kids do from a very young age. Provided you aren’t raising ungrateful useless moochers, why kick them out? Why drive them away from your family home? I don’t see the point in it anymore. I actually like my kids and like being around them. Maybe they’ll all end up scattered to the wind. But I’d prefer to keep the family together. Why wouldn’t I?
