@tescomobile well done Tesco mobile I ordered a pay as you go Sim end of December, confirmed by email, which never arrived . After 30 minutes and being passed on by about a dozen departments I was finally told that despite the email confirmation no Sim had been sent 😞!!

@peterives50 Sorry, are you able to log in online with your NS&I number then? If you can, are the Premium Bonds not shown on your dashboard, however? Hanifi

@nsandihelp My wife and I have some premium bonds that we bought many years ago but we have lost the holders numbers. How do we find out the numbers both to check the existing bonds and to purchase more?
