Americans live 12.5 years longer than they stay healthy. That gap? Mostly inflammation. The good news: it's measurable (CRP blood test) and movable. My 3 daily dousers: • Walk 30 min (movement clears inflammatory signals) • Omega-3s + colorful plants (polyphenols are fire extinguishers) • Sleep 7-8 hrs (rest is when your body cleans house) Longer life is meaningless without a longer healthspan. Close the gap. #Healthspan #Inflammation #Longevity #TopFlightHealth

Sleep is your actual fat-burning superpower. Skimp on sleep and your body: • Cranks up ghrelin (hunger hormone) • Dulls leptin (satiety signal) • Spikes cortisol (belly fat storage) You cannot out-train bad sleep. 7-8 hours. Cool room. No screens 30 min before bed. Start there. #SleepForFatLoss #Hormones #TopFlightHealth

The easiest fat-loss hack nobody talks about: walk after you eat. A 10-15 minute stroll post-meal flattens your glucose spike, improves insulin sensitivity, and shifts more calories toward energy instead of storage. No gym. No gadget. Just shoes. I tell every client: dinner → 10 min walk → better sleep, less belly fat. Try it tonight. #WalkingHack #BloodSugar #TopFlightHealth

@thdxr The token / cost is handy info. But unless I’m just using it wrong, when there are sub agents, the cost isn’t accurate anyways. So unless it does something other than that, I don’t use it for much.

I just see that I obviously want to build a better product but chasing better code takes longer. Where as the vibe coder just pumps out applications. Theirs for one actually get out and also much quicker. All while I’m trying to make mine “better”.

I’m NOT a 10x software engineer. But even I catch AI making very inefficient choices when coding. My question, is that a weakness in AI? Or in reality does that inefficiency that a non-engineer vibe-coder doesn’t even comprehend because they don’t even look at the code matter?

I've got a client that has ignored my invoices, phone calls, and emails for an invoice due on March 1st. I sent the initial one out Feb. 1st. They run a restaurant in a pretty decent area in FL and have paid for the last 2 years on time, without issue. Hope they are doing alright, but their website might be getting a little banner soon. . . . I don't know what else to try and get their attention.

@Jason @ttunguz The cost to quality ratio is great with kimi. But when I’m deep into a coding task I switch back over to sonnet or opus.

I burned 84 million tokens on February 28th. Researching companies, drafting memos, running agents. That’s running Kimi K2.5, a serverless model via API. At Claude or OpenAI rates — roughly $9 per million tokens blended — equivalent usage would cost $756 for a single day’s work. My peak days hit 80 million tokens. My average days run 20 million. Cloud inference at frontier-model pricing adds up fast.

@Erdayastronaut @MKBHD I know that you know this and Im sure that its been mentioned in the comments somewhere already, but its not material cost, its supply and demand that's more indicative of the price. Everyone from the homeless guy on the street to the guy in the penthouse wants the same iPhone.

@MKBHD The number one take away when I was watching this is it’s absolutely crazy how much they can charge for a phone that has way less material, battery, screen etc etc. Good price, just wish phones would come down to reflect the apparent costs

I’ve been telling people this for years. Event tickets, concerts, sports etc are classic supply and demand. We keep paying, they’ll keep charging. Simple as that. I got in the queue today and seen 100k people in front of me and just laughed. I knew the tickets we out of my league.

Here’s the thing on @Metallica ticket sales at the @SphereVegas ladies and gentleman…. We can complain about the ticket prices but the fact is the tickets are selling for these prices. If they are selling and shows are being added they are not OVERPRICED! These shows are not for a gen pop audience price wise. The band doesn’t care if you can’t afford to go. Obviously there are thousands willing to pay. There are likely 5 bands in world still alive that can get away with these prices and Metallica is one of them. I would not fret if you didn’t get tickets today. There will be tons of shows added over the next few years!

@hboon @ThePrimeagen Depends on what you’re working on. Currently I’m working on my own application. So until it’s out generating revenue, it’s out of pocket.
