My life got a lot better when I viewed every problem as a skill issue. Out of shape? Skill issue. Ugly bank account? Skill issue. Anxious thoughts? Skill issue. I affirmed to myself these would go away if I got better. And magically, they did, once “I” did.

If you run a lot or jog a lot, you are reducing your life span.
Every human is born with fixed number of breathes.
This is hard coded. Average person has MAX 500 million breathes given to them.
If you slow down your breathing from 20 to 15 a minute, you increase life by 25%.
On the flip side, if you have a lot of shallow and quick breathing, you cut down your life short by decades.
Ancient Himalayan sages lived to 200-300 years old . By reducing their breathing from 20 to about 4 breathes a minute .

Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldn’t resist a cell phone video of Earthset. You can hear the shutter on the Nikon as @Astro_Christina is hammering away on 3-shot brackets and capturing those exceptional Earthset photos through the 400mm lens. @AstroVicGlover was in window 3 watching with @Astro_Jeremy next to him.
I could barely see the Moon through the docking hatch window but the iPhone was the perfect size to catch the view…this is uncropped, uncut with 8x zoom which is quite comparable to the view of the human eye. Enjoy.

The pattern: Build a list of your favorite football team. Or whatever you are into. Then ask your AI agents "build an app showing me all the important news about my favorite football team." In minutes you'll have an app. And that's just the beginning. Your agent can build a script about your favorite football team that you can take to places like Google's Notebook LM. Now you have a video, a podcast, a slide deck, a game, a mind map. All about your favorite football team based on real time news. You can do the same with something like @HeyGen, create an avatar of your favorite football player. Now you will have your favorite football player telling you everything that's happening on the football team. And I could go for hours about how many things you can build and not even cover a fraction of them. This is huge. Thank you @elonmusk for making it possible to make millions of agentic apps affordably on top of X. Start building!
