@floriandarroman Docker images, docker cache, docker builds, etc., also all go in there.

@mariyav4leva @Guronnimo "Are you a founder or a builder?"
Neither of those.
"Hi, im a founder of... "
English

None of those but I believe I can build some valuable connections here so here we go
Hey founders,
Mariya Valeva here
fractional CFO and founder of FounderFirst
I've spent 13 years inside startups helping founders own the financial logic
I've lasted:
- 2 hypergrowth journeys, 4 pivots
- 3 near-bankruptcies, 1 exit
- 70+ founders in the portfolio since
I write about building, founder journey, cash, growth, the messy middle, and the conversations founders avoid until they're too expensive to ignore
My goal is to sprint to 10k by end of year
if you're building and posting about it on X
you're welcome to connect.

@thearslaniqbal "Shipping". Ok. So you build an app, a product. Then what? You think users magically appear?
English

@pgerrits Validation takes a weekend too. Then you've done nothing. Shipping teaches faster.

@sudoingX Just because you use it like that does not make it true. So what is the exact thing that cursor brings? Because you can run Opus and ChatGPT 5.5 in there as well.
English

saying this out loud again. codex and claude code are for vibe coding. cursor is for actual software development.
i've used all three across real workloads. right now i'm spending most of my cursor credits REWORKING things codex and claude code shipped that didn't hold up.
vibe coding feels productive in the moment. then someone has to maintain the code. that's where the gap shows up. cursor's harness catches material misses the other two ship as "done."

@vaaselene I'm experimenting with it on one of my products, not too found of it right now. But it has only been a week.
English

@jturntdev I'm getting errors as well. Also, I run Hermes using Codex, no longer working. 500 errors (could also be something else)

@tibo_maker Tibo, never sell shares in your personal holding company. Your holding is 100% yours. When you want to sell shares, sell them in a company below it, or you should place something above. You 100%-> holding -> 80% business, and the 20% is hold by someone else.
English

@tech__unicorn @atmoio Didn't I react to you yesterday that it's becoming a religion?
English

@supabase Sorry, Codex/Claude doesn't understand this. Can you please post in Markdown format from now on?
English

@floriandarroman What if your customers stand close to the baggage belt at the airport, not giving room to others? Do you still talk to them?
English

@ThePrimeagen Yeah, that left pinky is gross! Gotta trim that pinky bro!
English

@kapilansh_twt Where is the MacBook?
Honest reaction: I think you are missing a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and coffee machine.

I launched my SaaS 3 days ago and it’s still stuck at $0 revenue
Huge respect to this guy he didn’t even complete 1 full day after launch and already made $20K
Honestly, I was depressed about my own revenue. but this gave me a little boost
Ship or die is booming ...
