Our errors are now agent-readable. Coding agents needed a lot of context to figure out what to do from a plain error and status code. So today I am shipping structured error messages, built for agents. Every error now has five fields: message, code, status, details, and suggestions. Details tell exactly which field or value caused the issue. Suggestions point to the right docs to fix it. Saving tokens for you!

Stay away from @ICICILombard as much as you can. I have been going from pillar to post just to get a cashless pre-auth and every time I give all the documents with what they asked, they come up with some random things again. Totally frustrated and planning to port later this year

Really poor experience with Jio Fiber. Paid for 6 months (₹6K), still charged extra ₹1K. Went to multiple Pune stores—no one helps, just passes us around. What’s going on? Need immediate resolution. @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio

Scammed for ₹2.9L on @AmazonIN. Ordered a GIGABYTE RTX 5090 for our startup, received 1kg of Ghadi detergent. This was "Fulfilled by Amazon" (FBA), meaning it was stored and shipped directly from an Amazon warehouse. @AmazonHelp #AmazonScam #ConsumerRights [more in thread]

This is the condition of freelancing in India. I don’t usually use X for this. But sometimes you have to speak up so other freelancers don’t walk into the same trap. Around August 2025, I worked on a project with Honey Veda (they also appeared on @sharktankindia ) The workflow was standard: 50% upfront, 50% after delivery Everything was delivered fully documented and completed. After delivery, the person I was directly working with this guy Vivek Rajoria — suddenly changed the narrative. The project was apparently “not complete” anymore, despite receiving 100% of the deliverables. Then the classic move started: Ghosting. Delays. “Talk to the CEO Hardik Joshi instead.” The CEO Hardik Joshi apparently hardly have time to check his email, whatsapp, and all the communication media, even a cellular call. Must be an extremely busy schedule lol. After months of chasing a payment that was already earned, I eventually gave up for my own mental peace. That was 7 months ago. Today something unexpected happened. They accidentally added me to their SEO strategy call that was meant for another freelancer. I joined the call, greeted everyone normally. They said I was added by mistake. But since the CEO was on the call, I thought it was the perfect time to ask about the pending payment. The moment I started speaking: The CEO instantly left the call, then Vivek Rajoria started abusing me, and then he left the call as well. Professionalism at its finest. Fortunately, I recorded the call. The video below shows exactly how the conversation went. I’m posting this for one reason: Freelancers deserve to be paid for work they deliver. If you’re working with HoneyVeda, make sure your payment terms are protected. Learn from my mistake.

This is the TOXIC Indian freelance industry got a legal notice today. Rs. 10,00,000 penalty for "non-compliance" here's the full story: - signed a ₹X L ERP project - delivered 100% of agreed scope - they kept adding features saying "this was discussed day 1" - i absorbed it, built 40% extra out of goodwill - 6 months of over-delivering - still got a legal notice the Indian market has a specific breed of client they sign a scope, ignore it the moment work starts, gaslight you into believing their new demands were "always part of the deal" and then threaten you when you can't keep up > the signed agreement means nothing to them > your goodwill becomes their weapon > I should have walked away at month 2. > lesson learned the hard way.

anthropic fucking killed it with this. so many people will start using claude. new feature lets you import your *entire* memory from chatGPT, Gemini etc into Claude so it *instantly* knows everything about you. no more reminding claude who you are. the best fucking part is it takes literally 60s: - copy and paste the below prompt into your alternative AI (eg chatgpt) - paste answer into claude’s “memory” settings and… you’re done. - Claude immediately picks up from the last conversation you had with it in chatgpt! the opportunity cost to switch to anthropic just went to zero - their app is currently #1 in the app store

I learned and used the Claude Agent SDK today to build an agent. I genuinely think this will be one of the most useful skillets to have in this new world. Documented the TLDR here in this tutorial to get you started.

story behind "why netflix built fast.com" is brilliant. so, netflix had a massive fight with ISPs around 2014-2016. ISPs were slowing down netflix on purpose. they wanted more money from netflix customers got bad streaming. but ISPs just blamed netflix. netflix had to pay comcast, verizon, at&t and time warner for direct connections to their networks. but in 2016, they launched fast dot com, clever part - It's not testing your general internet speed. It's testing your speed to netflix's servers specifically. so when someone complained about buffering, netflix could say "run fast dot com." If it's slow, the ISP is the bottleneck. suddenly millions of people had a tool to prove their ISP was the problem ISPs couldn't hide anymore. netflix positioned themselves as the transparent good guys fighting for customers while ISPs looked like greedy monopolies they solved a pr problem and a customer service problem with one simple website I guess, that's how you win a corporate war

fast dot com by netflix is an underrated tool

RBI changed a rule from October 1st that could cut your EMI right now. Home loan, car loan, personal loan - doesn't matter. If your credit score improved after taking the loan, you can finally do something about it. Your loan interest has two parts: - RBI benchmark rate (same for everyone). - Bank's spread (based on your credit score, tenure, and bank's margin). Until now, even if your credit score jumped from 650 to 780 after taking the loan, banks couldn't reduce your spread for THREE YEARS. Why? RBI's old rule locked it. NOT ANYMORE. RBI just scrapped that rule. Now if your credit score improved, you can ask your bank to cut your spread and lower your EMI immediately. No three-year wait. No penalties. Just better terms based on your current creditworthiness. The catch is, This is NOT automatic. Banks won't call you with good news. You have to ask for it. How to do it? Step 1: Check your current credit score. Step 2: Compare it with your score when you took the loan. Step 3: Call your bank with the official RBI circular. Step 4: Demand a spread reduction based on improved creditworthiness. It's time to save some money.

Had to visit customs asst commissioner in Blr air cargo complex few years back since a query wasn’t getting resolved & shipment was held back. Normally we let CHA handles such issues or at worst commercial team manager visits but in this case the AC , an ego maniacal babu, wanted in person meeting with head of the org, so I went to meet him in person. Firstly, bugger was in his cabin but his doormat peon made us wait for 45mins outside his cabin. I was later told this was their modus operandi whenever they summoned MD/CEO’s for in person hearing. As I went to his room & we started talking abt the issue , this was exact conversation I remember having with that chap : AC : So why do you MNC’s try to avoid paying duty with False filing of HSS Me: Sir, no one can file with false HSS as it’s universal codes & we don’t have control over HSS coming on overseas invoices AC: You ppl are here to fleece India & only make profits for your overseas shareholders Me: Do I look like a foreigner to you? Am as Indian as you are & as patriotic. We represent Indian market & customers to our shareholders & not vice versa. AC: We represent the Govt of India and we know laws better than you foreign companies so don’t try to teach us Me: Again, am a representative director of foreign company responsible for its operation in India but that doesn’t mean am here to cheat my own country. AC: Enough, you may go now. Put representation in writing & file an appeal , we’ll scrutinise & decide on its merits Me: If this is what you wanted to convey, you could have told our CHA & they would have done it long back. Why waste my time in asking me to come & meet you in person ? AC: See, this is why I wanted to see you. To put ur MNC arrogance in place & show you who controls your goods once it enters the country. Me: Ok sir. You are our Mai Baap. Gustaki Maaf karo. I went out & then took 10 days more for appeal to be rejected, bill of exchange was asked to be refilled at higher duty rates coz this Mai baap wanted to show who the boss is & satisfy his ego & we paid almost 1.5L on demurrage & got our shipments out finally.

Regarding the allegations of corruption against Chennai Customs raised by @PrawinGaneshan on Twitter, it is clarified that the issue pertains to misdeclaration and misclassification by the importer. Chennai Customs has already responded on this aspect. Subsequently, the importer has shared certain names and screenshots on Twitter. The matter has been noted, and all facts will be duly examined. Necessary action, as warranted under the law, will be taken. @FinMinIndia @nsitharamanoffc
