Building the next era of how games get made, launched, and played. @playdotfun_sol · @gamecreatorai · @subdotgames

Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.

Hot take? Playing Metal Slug, Megaman, or any GAME GAME is infinitely more fun than playing any AAA slop that costs 1,000x the budget.

Vibe Coding With Gemini 3.5 Flash x.com/i/broadcasts/1…

I found my OG Floppy Brawler prompt (that resulted in this first version of my #vibejam game - which went on to become the game in the third vid on this post The crazy thing is - that first prompt I sent after a random work day got me pretty close to the first vid you see BUT - it was a laggy, jumpy mess The latest one you see in the second vid - is running it on a MacBook @ 120FPS with "Ultra" settings. A significantly more complex and beautiful experience - and super performant for everything that's going on. If you wanna tell me how it runs on your machine - check my profile link and have a play, push the settings up. FYI Chrome on Windows without certain ://flags enabled WILL throttle your GPU. There's no way around it :( (I'm defo not getting nostalgic already - I just need my prompt to benchmark how Trizen MCP vs Unity Assistant for one shot AI outputs 😃)

"vibe coding produces slop" "vibe coding never works for complex apps" "vibe coding is a slot machine" "vibe coding only works because it steals code that exists" "vibe coding only works with threejs for basic low poly slop demos" "vibe coders are low IQ" "vibe coders don't know anything about anything" the list goes on and on yet, day by day i'm making progress

Сreator of Claude Code just did a 30-minute Claude vibe-coding live session with creator of Bun 32 minutes. free. By the person who built it. 100% of Boris’s code is written by Claude. It's the best vibe-coding masterclass you’ll watch this week. One video replace 10 paid vibe-coding courses.

@realBigBrainAI Tools were never the gating factor for AAA. Coordination, taste, marketing, and distribution were. Vibe-coding compresses one cost line. The other four still need humans, time, and a publisher willing to bet on you.

🏆 The Vibe Jam of 2026 sponsored by @cursor_ai + @boltdotnew + @heyglif + @tripoai is now being judged! Me and @s13k_ are now judging the ~1000 games of When either one of us likes a game, it goes on to the next round, so it's like a first stage @s13k_ built an awesome judging system that lets us just play the games in the browser (most work in an iframe) and then immediately score them Then in the second round, we send the remaining games to the other judges: - @timsoret from @oddtalesgames - @ericzakariasson from @cursor_ai - @NicolaManzini from VibeSail - Alessandro from @OverJumpRally The prizes are: - First place: $25,000 - Second place: $10,000 - Third place: $5,000 19 games done, 926 to go!

I built a fully playable 3D platformer game in exactly 3 days, using almost entirely AI-generated assets. To test whether AI can really replace the asset grind, I came up with a steampunk cat universe from scratch and brought it straight into Unreal Engine 5. Here is how it was done, step by step: 👇 🎨 World and prop concepting 🧩 Tripo 3.1 for low-poly smart meshes and PBR textures 🩹 Blender for geometry cleanup and AO baking 🦴 AccuRIG for character animation 🚀 UE5 for level design and blueprints The craziest part is that AI handled the routine, and I still had the creative energy to make the level actually fun.
