Even if you have uploaded all the documents in order your application may get rejected by someone based at Bengaluru. Please check at the centre before processing otherwise you may get rejected.

Harassed & turned away by officials at Zone-6 Office, Perambur, Chennai despite having an official online appointment! Is this the standard of service, @UIDAI @UIDAITamilNadu? Booked a fresh Aadhaar enrolment slot for my 3-year-old son (B.S. LAKSHAN SAI) today (26/05/2026) at 12:00 PM at the Perambur centre. Traveled 25 km all the way from Kundrathur with my child in this scorching heat. Upon reaching, officials casually claimed, "We don't do fresh enrolments here, the online system is flawed." After a heated argument, they made us wait saying we would be called. Final blow? They flatly refused enrolment and turned us back over a ridiculous reason: My son's Birth Certificate lists the father's name as R. BALU, while my Aadhaar reads Balu R. They literally demanded that I go back and change the Corporation Birth Certificate just for this minor initial placement for a 3-year-old's registration! 1 If a centre doesn't provide the service, why does the @UIDAI system allow slots to be booked there and make citizens travel 25 km for nothing? @Aadhaar_Care 2 Since when did ⁠R. Balu⁠ and ⁠Balu R⁠ become two different people? Demanding a change in an official birth certificate over a basic initial variation is pure bureaucratic harassment! 3 When the Corporation issued my son's Birth Certificate by verifying my Aadhaar card as proof, how can @UIDAI officials now claim it is invalid and demand a change in the birth certificate? Who is responsible for this systemic lack of coordination? Requesting urgent intervention and action against this apathy so that other citizens don't face the same ordeal. @updates_chennai @chennaicorp

My takeaway from 3 AIADMK MLAs joining thooyasakthi: In Tamilnadu, it’s more profitable to invest Rs.15- Rs.20 crore to become an MLA, resign, and join Vijay’s party, the TVK.

Here they say after ascertaining L1, they have to prove they have the necessary machinery to do that work. Even now subletting is happening prior to this.

Machinery Certification தேவை இல்லை என்றால் பழைய JCB யை குறைந்த வாடகையில் அமர்த்தி பணி செய்யலாம். நல்ல விஷயம் தான். ஆனால் அந்த பழைய JCB பணியின் போது கட்டுப்பாட்டை இழந்தால்? வண்டிகளுக்கு எப்படி FC தேவையோ அது போலவே அதிக ஆட்கள் பணி செய்யும் இடங்களில் உள்ள Machinery க்கு Certification தேவை நான் ஒரு சின்ன உதாரணம் புரிவதற்காக சொன்னேன் JCB தவிர பல வகையான Machineries Equipments Tools Scaff folding என பல எந்திரங்கள் site ல பயன்படுத்தப்படும். அதன் vertification தேவை இல்லை என்பது சற்றே risk ஆன விஷயம். Site inspection செய்வதற்கும் இது போல பல லாஜிக்கான காரணங்கள் உண்டு. இப்போது இத்தகைய கண்டிஷன்கள் நீக்கப்பட்டது மூலம் யார் வேண்டும்னாலும் சொந்தமாக கருவிகள் இல்லை என்றாலும் டெண்டர் எடுக்க முடியும் இதன் விளைவுகள் எப்படி இருக்கும் என்பது இனி மேல் தான் பார்க்க வேண்டும் நன்றி

Firstly people who’s lands are being acquired for #Parandur Airport are being given : 🔹 3-4 times the market value of the land 🔹Alternate housing is being given to them just next to the project site . Tenders are already out for it 🔹Govt jobs are being promised to the people ➡️Now political parties should push the govt to make sure these benefits reach the people which they truly deserve rather than telling to completely drop the project! ➡️Chennai badly needs a new airport! The existing one at Meenambakkam has planned max capacity of 35 MPA and it’s the smallest in terms of area among all airports. Nearby Bengaluru (70MPA) or Hyderabad (70MPA) have bigger capacities. Mumbai & Delhi are building 2nd airports too. Bengaluru is going for 3rd airport ➡️One can’t acquire land at the existing airport. Getting land from OTA is close to impossible and cost of acquiring land at nearby Gerugambakkam is costlier than that at Parandur. ➡️ Existing one has a river too flowing through it and its layout has always been an issue given its narrow access via GST Rd. Cargo terminal is small as well and we have been losing to Bengaluru/Hyderabad in terms of Logistics ecosystem ➡️Airport is just not about the rich people flying. Reports suggest that more Indians will fly in the next 10 yrs. Indian Airlines have 1,000+ planes or order and we need airports to cater to them! Parandur with a full fledged airport will supports Logistics+ Warehousing ecosystem, Hotels, MRO etc providing jobs for Lakhs! ➡️4-5 sites were studied for a 2nd airport for Chennai & Parandur was found the best considering various factors! It’s literally impossible for find 4,000+ acres around Chennai without a water body or agri land! ➡️ Lastly the water bodies there at Parandur are man made lakes! The govt has setup a commission & studied its impact! New artificial lakes will be built with diversion water channel to prevent flooding! Any infra project will have its consequences! Mettur Dam was built submerging several villages. Today it’s the lifeline to several TN’s District!! Plz support the project! It’s need of the hour! TN and Chennai deserves a world class airport. Plz keep politics away 🙏🙏
