I have faced worse immigration and literally was assault by Offer in Laos & Cambodia as well and Laos embassy also didn't help either, we have to accept our Government is incompetent to core.

This South Korean foreign minister Cho Hyun @FMChoHyun @RokEmbIndia should have some shame for treating two Indians like criminals for no reason. You can deny anyone entry to your country, even if they have all valid documents. But how can you treat them like criminals? If you don’t want any tourists from India, you should stop issuing tourist visas and also ban Indians from any visa category or exception. Sachin Awasthi and his wife were kept in a “detention camp” by South Korea without any reason. Later, when they were returning to India via China, they were treated even worse there. This happened because South Korea informed China that they had denied them entry. Chinese police even monitored the couple in the washroom and asked them to keep the bathroom door open while using it.

Indian Railways works far better than we give it credit for (sometimes) So used to delayed trains that I kept expecting the usual “running late by xx hours” update. Surprise surprise, after 1900+ km, we’re only 30 mins behind. Noticed a small onboard help sticker, called… and a fresh bedroll showed up almost instantly. Whatever we say about our babus, but keeping a network this massive moving (mostly on time) takes serious competence. Today, they deserve the credit.

Even now, if you feel we treated you badly, why do you need a product from us? You can order from Amazon or elsewhere at a higher cost. You clearly censored your DMs to crop and post certain things against us here. First, send back the product in the same sealed package condition, then talk your nonsense.

Look how this keeps turning into an emotional defence essay instead of addressing the real issue. This is exactly where the arrogance shows. Let’s stick to facts with evidence, not stories. When I placed my order, your website clearly mentioned 15 days delivery timeline (screenshot attached). I followed up over email on 22 Dec and again on 3 Jan with no response. Because of the complete lack of communication, I reached out to @imYadav31 on 4 Jan, not for influence but simply to get a reply. That same day on X chat you confirmed delivery within a week (screenshot attached). Again on 18 Jan you promised delivery within a week i.e before 24 Jan. Another false commitment. After following up on this, you blocked me on X chat. Now suddenly it’s customs, holidays, partners and emotional stories of customers “supporting like a rock”. Are you running a business or an NGO where customers are expected to stay silent for months after payment? If delivery takes 2 to 3 months, mention it clearly upfront. Stop hiding behind clearance excuses after taking orders. Basic ecommerce rule is simple: stock first, then sell. Not the reverse. Sort your logistics and communication before taking bulk payments. You are not doing you a favour by selling, you are making profits and providing a paid service. #wintrackinc

The customer was clearly informed about customs and shipping delays right after replying to his messages/WhatsApp. The influencer then messaged us seeking a reply, believing his influencer friend could speed up the process or similar. We cannot give two different replies to different people. We have delivered many products before the deadline: some in stock because we had excess, others got delayed. Most of our customers tolerated the delay because it is not solely in our hands—we work with multiple trade partners from logistics to last-mile delivery. We have received repeat orders from major customers who understood our advantage and profited from it. One of our shipments, stuck in customs for over 6 months, is about to be released soon. The client stood firm with us on all occasions, supporting us like a rock. Another customer whom I handled directly spoke differently on the call and in Twitter direct messages. He forgot to enter his email while ordering and kept blaming us for not sending email notifications. When we pointed out his mistake, he sent his army of friends—credit card influencers—to abuse and malign us. Here, hundreds of people have met me in person in India, China, or Thailand and know us well, but the rest believe certain people who portray us badly. Even today we receive orders and process them with a 30-day timeline due to Chinese New Year holidays. We don’t just sell the product once, but also provide support in warranty claims and after-sales service. Despite explaining our process clearly through multiple tweets and messages,few people continue to attack us. We wish to remain calm and continue serving our customers.#wintrackinc
