Bought a mobile phone from @amazonIN @amazon @AmazonHelp — it’s faulty with multiple issues. Instead of honoring a return, Amazon is forcing me to waste time at a service center. This is pathetic customer service and a clear failure of responsibility. I demand a full refund .
