@EdLatimore @theoliverxp No, I meant the post about “explaining a woman’s soul to her. I’m sure women are attracted to fighters, guys who have a job, generally competent men.

@theoliverxp Ha. What??? Maybe hold down a real job and be a competent male companion. I’m not sure she’s waiting for a short guy to read poems but good luck to the short kings.

The wiring is ancient Explain her soul to her Memorize and read her poetry Become more like a pirate or musician, a romantic swashbuckler who loves the pure essence of life She will beg for the honor of continuing your lineage
Andrew@popcaller

@theoliverxp @EdLatimore I’m not sure if “explaining a woman’s soul to her” is still working here in 2006 or whatever year it is.

@ramit People shouldn’t complain about anything. However if you made a fortune by running an ethical company and price things fairly, and you see another company price gouging just becaiuse they have an opportunity then ya I think it’s just fine to say something regardless of net worth

@TourSwingsTommy Has to be wedge. You’re gonna need it to chip out after you slice the drive into the trees. Then again after you miss the green with your 7i. So ya you’ll probably use it twice a hole. Better practice up!

Been thinking about what the highest ROI skills in golf are. - 6 footers? - Driving distance? - Wedge play? If you could devote 100 hours of practice to only one skill, which would net the greatest improvement to your index?

@edgaralandough The credit card business model only works because 40% of cardholders carry a balance. The other 60% are just getting subsidized by them. You figured out which side of that trade to be on. 😄

I know my credit card companies hate me 😂 I will run it up every month and pay it down to 1% utilization before the statement date then pay it in full right after. They’ve never gotten a cent of interest out of me but I have gotten 6 figures of rewards points out of them.

@LouStagner I hate “the best player” argument Playoffs are supposed to be exciting In other sports sometimes the “best team” gets KOd first round but that’s why it’s so much fun. I’d like the first 3 rounds stroke play. Eliminate bottom of field. Then match play for final 16. Must watch

Match play for the tour championship and/or playoffs would be a bad choice. I’d rather they do a 16 round cumulative playoff over 4 weeks across 4 different courses. Total score over 16 rounds wins it all. If you want to increase your chances of not identifying the best player, match play is the way to go.

Bryan Johnson explains why you should remove air fryers from your kitchen “A lot of these air fryers are made with plastic, so you're heating these materials to a certain degree where you're inevitably going to have off gassing of microplastics. Once you realize that plastic is a target, you come to learn it's in everything”

Something you need to identify if you want to improve your approach play… If you come up short all the time, do you really need to “take more club”? Or… Do you need to improve strike? You may have the correct club in your hand and you just miss hit it If you club up and flush it, you’ll be way long. If you club up and wish for a miss hit, can you really commit to that swing? Food for thought…

This is something I am working on massively in my own game🏌️‍♂️ For years I was coached to pull the handle, turn + hold and it killed my game 😭 Appreciate everyone is different but this notion that “release” is somehow bad has not been very helpful overall I’d say 🤷‍♂️

Last week I experienced the craziest golf club in the country. And nobody has heard of it. Imagine having your own golf wonderland just for you and your buddies. A place with no rules, where every golfer is truly treated like a king. Let me tell you about TXO:

@coston_jeff Why is it so hard for us amateurs to get that forward shaft lean at impact? Feels like a lot of effort to hold the club off - but we still want to hit it hard? Golf is so difficult🤦‍♂️

@Mike_kim714 This is true and a weird psychological thing Bronze medalists know how close they were to not being on the podium at all Silver medalists are disappointed because they didn’t get the gold.

Most bronze medalists are happier than silver medalists… life’s all about how you look at things. It’s ALL internal, not external. Except plugged lies in the bunker. The golf gods are just laughing at you at that point.

Something my dad taught me about b vitamins is that they’re basically numbered in order of use Start with b1, if that doesn’t fix you, go to to b2. Still not fixed? Add some b3 & so on And eventually you will hit The Vitamin
