@united Two family members just got stuck overnight after a canceled flight in JAX due to maintenance issues. They’re having to spend the night in a hotel and can’t leave again until 4 PM tomorrow. They were given two $15 food vouchers for 24 hours. Really?!

@Delta This happened yesterday on flights from JAX to TUS through ATL. The TSA lock was pried off the suitcase. The bag had only been used for one other trip, so it was like new. The inside of lock was manipulated so my code wouldn’t work and we had to break open the suitcase.

@KLM Your connecting @transavia flight to Seville is delaying passengers by hours while measuring every single carry-on bag. By the way, my ticket was purchased weeks ago and I packed as such. They will not let me through for a bag I paid to have on board for literally one inch.

@ZARA @ZARA_Care @ZARA and @ZARA_Care My purchase was an online order and it specifically states that on the receipt. They were sent to my home with an online order. I think I’m dealing with bots. I’m sending these items to a store at my expense and I expect a full credit.

@ZARA @ZARA_Care Your Zara “Care” is no more helpful than calling your toll free number. I am so disappointed in your company and the lack of assistance and customer service in resolving a really simple $49 return. Do you really expect me to drive 7 hours round trip to a store? Unbelievable.
