@BoostUBaby @Whsspprr well, due to multiple mechanics, some mappings are completely busted.
if you want scoping on the right stick like classic Halo, you have melee on B... now try ground point on B while aiming... yeah...
basically only the default mapping works fine, others are ass.

@predictorsss Not really. You'll find a few people around the HTJ server and Halo Hangout but H5 jumping is pretty slow these days 😔

@predictorsss Jump, crouch, then jump to hit the powerhouse. Then walk around a little to get a bump into the vent. There are a few places you can get up there other than this one.

This is a great example of why old leadership needed to go. Like 2-3 years later they’d port a couple of HO maps to 3 and were gonna do more but they ended up in digsite (which I presume is leadership again). These were in the tube, ready to go. And then they didn’t use em for HI

Halo 5: Guardians almost had official remakes of Guardian and Narrows. 343 made them… but they never saw the light of day.

If Halo 5 ever comes to PC or even Playstation, that "definitive edition" release should definitely include these maps too

there were Guardian and Narrows remakes completely finished ready to ship post-launch H5, maybe 2017, but they shelved them for Infinite. The original artist, @ACMSS1I6L3K8, worked tirelessly to recreate them, even down to the non-playable spaces like the wheel under Narrows. It was a true Halo fan level of detail that I will never forget. I am still genuinely bitter that no one ever got to see them let alone play them

Is it just me or does this smells fishy? I mean, what a coincidence that right when Halo Studios is getting good press with Infinite's update and the crossovers, someone decides to drop some never before vidocs that puts Halo devs in a bad light. Can't help feeling it's sabotage.

@Reiku78 @pansycacke07 it’s from Dan chosich a former campaign devs site. It was available for anyone to watch months ago but got password protected. Someone either got the password or hacked Vimeo and then reuploaded it

@pansycacke07 There's no doubt the vidocs are authentic. But if you meant that the timing of this leak was meant to shift opinions again, then it's possible. It was allegedly posted by an ex employee. Could've been a disgruntled former employee. But it's clearly not a fake video.

@pansycacke07 Its Pro team. Not the first time they've done stuff like this. They leaked a bunch of stuff when one of their own got fired for leaking stuff months before HWC few years back cause dude wanted to break his NDA of not being able to play for a year
