A couple on their wedding day was trying to check in at the hotel after their wedding party. The woman at the front asks to see his physical ID so she can confirm his identity.
He refuses, he claims he does have it but doesn’t want to dig it out of his bag and offers a digital ID, which was just a screen shot of his ID.
The woman explains she’s just following the company policy that she needs to see and scan the ID to help prevent fraud. He is still refusing and claims he will do everything he can to get her fired.
The woman brings up an interesting point though. Every other fancy hotel he talked about going to requires a physical ID in hand to check in, so why wouldn’t he just show it and save himself this whole 10-15 minute tirade and risk being thrown out on their wedding day?

It must be exhausting to regularly manufacture outrage even over the most commonsense statements.
Yes, we must build election infrastructure that makes it easy and secure for eligible American citizens to vote—while preventing non-citizens, including illegal aliens, from casting ballots. The choice of who to vote for is obviously up to the voters themselves.
