@Blue_Footy My first time seeing him too, they must be tired of Emegha 😭
English

Who is that Dieme guy in this starting XI?

@SprightlyCFC @Blue_Footy Gusto, Caicedo, enzo, cucu, palmer all run a lot. These just the names that i can think of the top of my head.
Besides that you also have to keep in mind that iraola trains his boys for this. In an interview with semenyo he told that they would even train sunday and its intense
English

@privat335848 @Blue_Footy They are intense, they are runners. How many of our players can runner non-stop for say 60 minutes?
English

@SprightlyCFC @Blue_Footy You think bournemouth are more physical than us? I dont think at all. Its not like theyre newcastle.
Fx alex scott is more physical than caicedo or enzo?
English

@privat335848 @Blue_Footy They lack intensity and physicality.
English

@SprightlyCFC @Blue_Footy Why would our current players not fit iraolas squad? The only one i think is reece who could struggle
English

@Blue_Footy Iraola isn't a bad option but are they ready to spend on quality upgrades to suit his style? Are we ready?

🔵 After hearing news that Liam Delap wants to stay and fight. Would you give him another chance next season to prove himself? 👇

English

‼️Liam Delap wants to stay and fight for his Chelsea career, with the club facing big decisions over their strikers and the identity of the next permanent head coach expected to be crucial.

🚨 Chelsea fans on the London Underground are making it clear who they want.. oh Fabregas is magic 🎶

@CFCReality101 @Blue_Footy @FabrizioRomano You got a point but i do think character also has a lot say which is something liam didnt have. He was obviously a very soft guy and not one with very much authority. Im sure there are other coaches i can find who didnt have a top club before taking over an elite. Maresca fx.
English

Enrique won trophies as a player he has the know how and what it takes to do it plus he played for Barcelona he knows the demand for a club of that stature.
What is Iraola greatest achievement, coz for me it seems some of our players have far m career achievement than him how is he going to convince them to buy into his philosophy? It will be so easy for them to rebel against him the same way they did to Rosenior.
English

‼️ Andoni Iraola, to my understanding, would be more than happy to continue in the Premier League.
Iraola would be keen on the possibility of becoming the new Chelsea manager. But at the moment, it is still early days at Chelsea.

@CFCReality101 @Blue_Footy @FabrizioRomano tbf i think we forget someone like luis enrique was manager for roma and celta vigo before becoming barca manager and winning the UCL. Sometimes its not always the obvious ones.
English

@Blue_Footy @FabrizioRomano I Lost hope on this mid team managers experiment when Thomas Frank failed at Tottenham.
Thomas Frank was more promising than Iraola so I don't see how Iraola will succeed at Chelsea.
English

@DonecoM56305 @Blue_Footy Im just saying Roman was succesful but from a financial perspective was not sustainable and have broken many regulations which blueco are now having to pay for.
English

@privat335848 @Blue_Footy You think I don't know what they are doing that fine by the FAis the only thing they are paying for everything else is their doing you can't come tell me these person spent 1.8 billion on a squad that can't even compete for top 5 make that make sense
English

Yes, Roman didn't run Chelsea as a club or as a business. He ran Chelsea like someone maintaining his supercar—something he can spend on and still be happy.
It's not sustainable in today's football due to the regulations. But it doesn't mean there aren't a lot of things BlueCo can learn from him.
BlueCo has built the foundation, but the brick layers are doing a poor job. They need to involve higher-level football people. Their choice of hires is not good enough. They are going for lower or middle-level staff instead of the highest caliber.
Roman only hired or bought players, doctors, physios, advisers, and coaches from the top tier. That's what these owners need to learn to do in a club of this stature.

@Blue_Footy Now you’ve believe that Roman approach was good for Chelsea football club but you’re saying that Roman didn’t run Chelsea as a club but as a personal business. Those Americans have failed just admit it and let us go back to Roman ways of running this beautiful club
English

@shidof99 @DonecoM56305 @Blue_Footy For me it doesnt really matter. It wont help getting mad about it. They’re realisticly never gonna go so we might as well put up with it hope they learn from their mistakes.
English

@privat335848 @DonecoM56305 @Blue_Footy They're garbage, they're only using Abrahimovic's name to cover their failure and mismanagement
English

@privat335848 @DonecoM56305 @Blue_Footy They're spending more than other successful but on useless players and staffs
