You really don’t realize how much of your behavior is driven by serotonin until you take cyproheptadine

.@stevennelson10 with the scoop: POTUS defends Susie Wiles, saying she was right to tell Vanity Fair he has an “alcoholic’s personality” and that he wasn’t offended by her word choice. nypost.com/2025/12/16/us-…

As your health issues progress, which often happens as you get older, the health decisions you make, and the choices you have, become more severe. You often wind up having to make decisions where both options suck. For example, if your health deteriorates enough, you might have to decide between: -Getting an x-ray or CT scan to check if a cancer is causing your symptoms, or risk a potential cancer going undetected (the former especially risky if you have recent symptoms that suggest a potential cancer) -Go on dialysis, or risk the dangers of barely functioning kidneys -letting your body try to fight a cancer you have, or getting chemo (or radiotherapy) Part of the reason it's so important to take care of your health when you're young, is because if your issues progress enough, the decisions you have to make become bleaker. Of course it's always better to let your body heal itself, but if your body gets damaged enough, there are situations where medical intervention is the lesser of two evils.

You get 8 hours of dopamine reset every night. Don’t ruin it by doomscrolling within 60 seconds of consciousness. How stimulated you get in the AM sets the pace for the rest of the day. Do meaningful stuff, slowly.
