@vedichi_ The BPC + TB synergy is classic, but adding GHK and KPV to explicitly manage the ECM (extracellular matrix) remodeling and the inflammatory baseline is a smart stack architecture.. Did you notice any sleep changes or flushing when you introduced GHK?

Up 12lbs from this year’s leanest and about 201 here. I think I like being bigger and stronger… better energy. Still trying to focus on delts and lats. 😬

PrecisionLabz, which have been great, but I feel I got lucky with them and their peps being solid. They are the one my wife and I picked back several years ago when we started Tirz and I stuck with them. They are great. Not medical advice, but when I restock I will source from this community. I follow some good people that run or use businesses that test every batch at reputable testing labs and share the results (COAs). Their knowledge and standards have impressed me, and that’s where I will go.

Reta has been a phenomenal tool in my fitness protocol. Affordable as well. My wife and I spend more on supplements (protein, creatine, pre/post workout & vitamins daily) than we do on Reta each month 1x per week- $150 per month vs $100 per month. I’m careful about introducing new variables because I want to collect accurate information about this leg of my experience with Reta. I am testing the protocol for reaching my current goal of 7% BF and reducing the mild non-alcoholic fatty liver I was made aware of in December 2025 (I don't drink much, so very likely stemming from years of poor eating habits). 5'9", 42 yrs old, and weighed in at 178lbs on April 5th when I began my current fat loss phase. During this cut I’ve been using only Reta alongside supplements and consistent exercise and diet. In the following couple of months, after a PHC checkup, bloodwork and DEXA scan, I'll share some detailed results of my journey here. Real data. Long timelines. No miracle claims. What information would be valuable to you? What questions come to mind?

From @isaakfreeman 's blog on "Ozempic for Sleep" "If we could reduce the inhibitory effects of DEC2, reduce the level of inhibitive capabilities of beta-1 adrenergic receptors (involved in ADRB1), or increase the sensitivity of NPSR1 G protein encoded receptors to NPS, we could reduce sleep time without harming cognitive processes or long term health." It took one query into Claude to get all of these same receptors listed out...😅if we are going to vibe-design peptides, at least be somewhat original. These are all "wake drive" agonists...like adderall. If you want a real challenge and trillion dollar peptide, try and tackle SIK3 as the homeostat knob itself. Here's the read receipts: claude.ai/share/cec7bcae…

We built the lab that's able to go from AI-led drug design to data in 24h. GPT-8 won't be bottlenecked by intelligence. It needs a biological compute layer. This is Capable. We're turning AI capabilities into human capabilities--starting with short-sleeper peptides.

Methylene Blue is the cheapest effective nootropic in the catalog. Most mitochondrial compounds run $58 to $284. MB starts at $34. Same electron transport chain. Fraction of the cost. Here is why it holds up under scrutiny.
