Realtors laugh at a $225,000 listing like it’s beneath them. Truth: To make the SAME commission, they gotta sell a $1.1M+ mansion instead. When’s the last time an agent went viral posting their “cheap” $225K home… and pulled 100K+ views, 1K new followers, plus 100 real buyers?

These might be the lowest rents I’ve seen in LA on a deal. These are what we call lifers. Rent controlled - tenants ain’t moving any time soon.
