From time to time, I’d see these “cabbage steaks” recipe come across my feed and decided to try it. It’s basically just olive oil, salt/pepper then baked in the oven. I grilled up some boneless, skinless chicken thighs and added some corn as the other side. It’s pretty good! 🍽️
