the founder role changes daily  sometimes its sales sometimes support marketing or engineering decisions the most important thing i do now is remove roadblocks for team members back in the day my impact was more visible i was shipping prs and building features directly but now its rethinking entire departments from first principles and asking the question: is that really the best way we can do sales? as a founder you realize the biggest leverage is questioning existing processes and removing roadblocks for your team sometimes that means completely rethinking our sales flow where people submit email and phone numbers is that really the most efficient approach you need to constantly analyze whats most impactful  then create a to do list implement it and then start over again the transition from being hands on building features to being the person who removes organizational friction is majorly uncomfortable but its so necessary as you scale early stage founders get judged on lines of code written and features shipped later stage founders get judged on quality of strategic decisions and team enablement both matter but knowing when to transition from operator to enabler determines whether you scale or become the bottleneck
