Had an extremely pathetic booking experience with @ixigo @ixigo_com for a hotel in Jaipur. #SuperCollectionOGovindMarg turns out the most dirtiest I have ever seen.Cockroaches, bedsheets full of long hairs,dirty toilets and Siemens traces on beds .

Hotel primarily offers hourly services to couples. We booked it for our recent family trip which ended up not checking into this hotel. However, despite sharing all photos, @ixigo @ixigo_com is unable to refund us till date. Wish ixigo had shown the real images on your website.
