We regret the inconvenience caused to you. There is an Inter Banks Standard Operating Procedure to resolve complaints regarding failed withdrawals at other banks' ATMs. In such cases the account holder has to register a complaint with his bank and the account holder's bank submits a chargeback complaint with the ATM bank to refund the amount for the failed withdrawal. Therefore, please register a complaint with your bank in this regard.

If I knew this fraud system would give RAC, I would have simply booked Tatkal directly on IRCTC. What is the point of charging extra in the name of Trip Guarantee if the seat is not confirmed? How are 2 patients supposed to travel on one RAC seat? @IRCTCofficial @makemytrip
