I am trying to reach @makemytripcare and @EmiratesSupport for the refund of my Dubai flight to Ahmedabad EK 538.



How long does @MakeMyTrip intend to hold my money? Book on 20 feb and voided the ticket on the same day due to missing middle name. They blamed @flysrilankan for refund delays, but my contract is with MMT. No callback from managers, just endless excuses. I need a resolution.

I have been tweeting since 7 March regarding my cancelled SpiceJet flight booked via MakeMyTrip for two passengers. The flight was cancelled due to operational reasons by the airline. Today it has been 3 days and neither my refund has been processed nor any compensation has been provided. I have sent multiple emails and tweets but I am only being given roundabout answers about insurance and other excuses. This is unacceptable treatment of passengers. If the airline cancels the flight, the refund and compensation should be processed immediately. I have already filed a complaint with the Ministry of Civil Aviation. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate it further to DGCA and the Consumer Forum. @SpiceJet @makemytrip @Directocivilaviation @MoCA_India @jagograhakjago







@makemytripcare The 48-hour timeline shared by @makemytrip is about to end, but there is still no update on my complaint. Safety issues like a sleeper gate without a proper handle and small berth space cannot be ignored. Requesting an immediate update and resolution. FYI @all
