Sadly, @jennair policy is not to take responsibility - 4 yrs to main board failure not a great look. A premium brand should show accountability even beyond warranty. (PS: support assocs are lovely and apologetic - it's the policies that are bad). Recommend AGAINST buying JennAir.

We have a fancy @jennair 2019 oven. Getting "F2/E1 stuck/shorted key" error. Many seem to be reporting. Shouldn't have to spend so much to fix after less than half useful life span. Yes can reboot at circuit breaker, but assume it will get worse! Does @jennair replace part free?
